From August 23 to 28, CIGRE 2026, one of the world’s most influential professional events for the power industry, was held in Paris, France. Shortly afterwards, from September 1 to 3, Middle East Energy (MEE) 2026 took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the UAE.

Bringing together leading companies, technologies and industry professionals from around the world, the two major international exhibitions provided important platforms for Baiyun Power Group (BPG) to demonstrate its technical capabilities, engage with global customers and partners, and further expand its international presence.

CIGRE Paris: Connecting with the Global Power Industry through Technology

As a major international gathering for the global power system industry, CIGRE brings together power utilities, equipment manufacturers, energy companies, research institutions and industry experts from across the world to discuss the latest developments in power systems and emerging opportunities arising from the global energy transition.

BPG participated in CIGRE Paris together with its affiliated companies. Through professional technologies, a diversified product portfolio and an increasingly international presence, the Group engaged in extensive exchanges with customers and industry partners from around the world.

At the exhibition, Nanjing Electric showcased its technical capabilities in transformer-related products including glass insulators, bushings and prefabricated substations. The exhibition also highlighted BPG’s broader industrial portfolio, including transformers, switchgear, solid-state transformers (SST), power capacitors and other power equipment, demonstrating the Group’s comprehensive capabilities across multiple industrial segments.

MEE Dubai: Exploring New Opportunities in the Middle East Energy Transition

Following the Paris exhibition, the BPG delegation travelled to Dubai for Middle East Energy 2026, further advancing the Group’s international market development efforts.

Focusing on the development needs of the Middle East power market, BPG presented a range of products and innovative technologies, including glass insulators, composite insulators and porcelain insulators, as well as solutions in flexible power transmission, high-power conversion power electronics and solid-state transformers (SST).

From conventional power transmission and distribution equipment to advanced power electronics technologies, the exhibits demonstrated the coordinated development capabilities of BPG across multiple industrial segments and reflected the Group’s continued investment in innovation-oriented power technologies.

Throughout the exhibition, the BPG team held in-depth exchanges with customers, engineering companies and industry partners from the Middle East and other international markets. These discussions focused on regional power development, energy transition trends, customer requirements and potential project opportunities, further deepening the Group’s understanding of the Middle East market.
